Oracle delivered record financial results in Q4 and FY2026, driven by exceptional demand for its cloud and AI infrastructure offerings. Q4 revenue increased 21% year-over-year to $19.2 billion, led by 52% growth in Cloud Services and Support revenue to $7.9 billion. Cloud Infrastructure (IaaS) revenue surged 93% to $5.8 billion, while traditional software revenue declined 2% as customers continued migrating to cloud-based solutions. Non-GAAP EPS rose 24% to $2.11.



AI Demand Driving Massive Backlog Growth

Remaining Performance Obligations (RPO) climbed to $638 billion, up an extraordinary 363% year-over-year, reflecting strong demand for AI-related cloud services. Oracle noted that customers either prepaid for or directly supplied GPUs for approximately $75 billion of AI contracts, reducing the company's capital requirements for data center expansion.

Oracle's Multicloud AI Database business grew 404% in Q4, making it the fastest-growing business in the company's history.

Aggressive AI Infrastructure Investment

To capitalize on AI opportunities, Oracle significantly increased infrastructure spending. Operating cash flow reached a record $32.0 billion in FY2026, up 54%, but free cash flow was negative $23.7 billion due to heavy investments in cloud infrastructure.

The company raised $43 billion in debt and $5 billion in equity during FY2026 and expects to secure approximately $40 billion more in FY2027 to support continued expansion.

FY2027 Outlook

Oracle expects Q1 FY2027 revenue growth of 27%–29%, with cloud revenue growth of 57%–64%. The company reaffirmed its FY2027 revenue target of $90 billion and increased its non-GAAP EPS guidance to $8.05. Oracle also declared a quarterly dividend of $0.50 per share.
