Eurozone's CPI remained low in May

According to the Eurostat data, the consumer price index in the Eurozone remained at the record low level of 0.5% in May of this year, showing no changes from the previous month. Therefore, inflation in the single currency area remains even below the half of the ECB target of 2%. Month-on-month prices fell 0.1%, while the main drivers of decline were food and telecommunication prices.
