Yen advanced most in 8-weeks against the Euro as China's money-market rates rise

The Yen added 1.1% to 133.78 per Euro as of 7:01 am in New York, the biggest gain since August 27, after slipping to 135.51 per Euro yesterday, the lowest level since November 2009, as China's central bank abstained from putting funds in markets which led to increase of money market rates, while Japan's currency appreciated 0.8 % to 97.33 per US Dollar.
