Industrial output in Japan decreased more than economists originally expected in the month of August, a report released by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry showed on Tuesday. The report showed that the country's industrial production fell 0.9% on a monthly basis in August after it dropped 0.7% in the month before, while on an annual basis it slipped 0.4%.
