Property prices in the United Kingdom decreased unexpectedly in April after it remained flat the month before, according to the report released by the Nationwide Building Society on Wednesday. The report showed that the house price index slipped 0.1% on a sequential basis in April, while it was forecast to rise by 0.3% and a typical UK house worth 165,586 pounds.
