Crude oil prices edge higher

On Thursday, crude oil prices edged higher. Brent crude futures rose by $1.02 or 1.6% to $63.76 a barrel by 13:39 GMT, while the US West Texas Intermediate crude futures surged by 2.1% to $60.39 per barrel.
