Oil output cuts weigh on Saudis' growth in Q1
Saudi Arabian economic expansion more than halved quarter-on-quarter to 1.66% in the first quarter of 2019, in line with forecasts of only modest increase, as oil production cuts affect the world's top crude exporter's economy.
