Asia-Pacific markets higher, China leads gains

Stock markets across the Asia-Pacific regions rose on Friday, as concerns over Greece and China lessened. The Shanghai Composite Index soared 3.5% to 3,957 points, the Hong Kong's Hang Seng rose 1% to 25,415 points, while the Nikkei 225 Index gained more modest 0.2% to 20,651 points. Meanwhile, FTSE Straits Times Index added 0.4% to 3,353 points by 8:30 AM GMT.
