House prices in the United Kingdom continued to increase in February rising at the strongest rate in almost four years as prices in London advanced by 17.7% on an annual basis, a report published by the Office for National Statistics showed on Tuesday. The U.K. house price index gained by 9.1% on a yearly basis in February following a 6.8% jump in the month before.
