Italian, Spanish and German government bonds declined on Friday after the European Central Bank lowered its benchmark interest rated by 25 basis points to a historic low at 0.25% on yesterday's policy meeting. Italy's 10-year yields jumped four basis points to 4.13% after yesterday's drop to 4.04%, the least since May 28, while Spain's 10-year rates climbed 3 basis points to 4.08% and German bunds yielded at 1.69%.
