The European Central Bank will most likely to maintain its benchmark interest rates unchanged on today's policy meeting waiting for a result of an inflation report, when the last euro-area inflation recorded 0.7% in October, shy of a 2% target. The ECB's 23-man Governing Council last cut its rates in May, when it lowered the interest rate by 25 basis points to a current all-time low 0.5%.
