West Texas Intermediate oil fluctuated on Tuesday, while it was traded close to its weakest level in more than a week before a report showed that stockpiles in the U.S. increased to the highest level since 1931. June WTI futures were traded 12 cents higher at $95.29 a barrel on the NYMEX as of 3:38 p.m. in Singapore after they dropped 87 cents to the lowest since May 2 at $95.17 yesterday.
