The Aussie and Kiwi climbed against the greenback after gold rallied from three decades low and triggered appetite for risk. The Australian Dollar appreciated 0.3% to $1.0304 after a drop of 2.2% last week, the biggest fall since May, while the Kiwi gained 0.4% to 84.51 U.S. cents, bouncing back from a 2% plunge the week before. Gold for immediate settlement advanced 1.2% to $1,420.90 an ounce and stood at $1,416.45.
