AMD reported record financial results for both the fourth quarter and full year of 2025, driven by strong momentum in its high-performance computing and AI product lines.

In the fourth quarter of 2025, AMD generated record revenue of $10.3 billion. GAAP net income was $1.5 billion, while non-GAAP net income reached a record $2.5 billion. For the full year, total revenue climbed to a record $34.6 billion. Non-GAAP net income for 2025 was $6.8 billion, with diluted earnings per share of $4.17.

Full-year results included approximately $440 million in charges related to U.S. export controls on Instinct MI308 products. However, fourth-quarter results benefited from a $360 million release of previously reserved inventory and about $390 million in MI308 sales to China.



Data center revenue grew 39% year over year in the fourth quarter to a record $5.4 billion and increased 32% for the full year, driven by strong demand for EPYC processors and Instinct GPUs. The client segment also delivered record results, with fourth-quarter revenue of $3.1 billion and full-year revenue of $10.6 billion, reflecting strong adoption of Ryzen processors. Gaming revenue rose 50% year over year in the fourth quarter to $843 million, supported by higher semi-custom revenue and Radeon GPU demand. Embedded revenue reached $950 million in the fourth quarter, up 3% year over year, indicating strengthening demand across end markets.

Strategically, AMD announced the Helios rack-scale platform and the Instinct MI440X GPU at CES 2026 and expanded partnerships with HPE, Cisco, and AWS to deploy AMD-powered AI infrastructure. Looking ahead, AMD expects first-quarter 2026 revenue of approximately $9.8 billion, representing about 32% year-over-year growth.
