South Korea's Jeju Air takes over Eastar Jet

On Monday, South Korea's budget airline Jeju Air Co stated it was set to buy 51% stake in its rival Eastar Jet for $45.49M, at the lower price than was announced initially due to the coronavirus outbreak.
