According to Commerce
Department, Americans have increased their savings in October while the
consumption has slightly declined. The rate of personal
savings increased by 3.5% compared to 3.3% in September. Incomes advanced at
faster pace than spending. Personal income surged by 0.4% in October while
Americans improved their consumption only by 0.1%.
