Economic expectations in the 18-nation bloc worsened notably in the month of May together with decline in German economic situation index, the latest report released by the ZEW unveiled on Tuesday. According to the report, the Eurozone economic expectations indicator slipped by 6 points to a level of 55.2 points in May, while the current economic situation index added 4.9 points on the month.
