The Turkish national bank decided to maintain its benchmark refinancing rates at a current level for the second straight time after the rates were raised aggressively on January's policy meeting, the Monetary Policy Committee showed in a report on Tuesday. According to the report, the bank left the repo-rate rate at a level of 10% and the overnight rate at 8%.
