Wall Street shares increased on Tuesday trading session as the benchmark stock index Standard & Poor's 500 Index rebounded to its highest level all-time from the largest monthly loss after comments of the Russian Federation President Vladimir Putin cooling concerns over war conflict. The S&P 500 climbed 1.5% to 1,872.94 as of 5:56 p.m. New York time and the Dow Jones industrial average added 1.4% to 16,394.02.
