Crude oil futures extended losses on Monday after tumbling by over 7% in the last three trading sessions. The commodity was affected by the death of Kim Jong-il and the ECB president's announcement on the ECB played down the role in solving debt crisis. On the New York Mercantile Exchange, light, sweet crude oil futures for delivery in January lost 32 cents to $93.21 a barrel.
