The indicator narrowed to EUR1.08 billion from EUR1.88 billion deficit in September, according to Istat. Experts predicted the trade deficit to achieve EUR0.97 billion in October. After the data release, the euro suffered losses against the USD and the pair EUR/USD is currently traded at 1.3023, down 0.2%.
