GBP/USD saw raised elevated levels of volatility, however closing slightly below previous weeks price.

Economic Calendar


Elevated levels of volatility may occur this week, considering that both UK and U.S. will be presenting economic data that may have significance in the FX valuation.

GBP/USD hourly chart analysis

Near term may bring bullishness due to recent reversal, possibly moving towards 1.27000. However weaker dollar may see higher FX pair value, going back to 1.3000 levels.

GBP/USD daily candle chart analysis

Long-term bullishness could move the FX pair towards the 1.34000 price level once the 1.30000 resistance is passed. If Bearishness would occur, there may be wide range of sideways price moves.

GOLD outlook

Gold was not an exception during previous weeks market turmoil, closing lower, below 3050.00. Economic Calendar Analysis Volatility may be expected however, due to uncertainty in the overall finance markets. XAU/USD short-term forecast Sideways trading may occur in the gold price if volatility cools down and no significant directional bias emerges. The price could fluctuate between 2953.00 and 3060.00. USD/JPY outlook

USD/JPY has seen lower lows below 148.000. Economic Calendar Higher volatility may occur this week due to economic uncertainty coming from the U.S. USD/JPY hourly chart analysis In the short term, the FX pair may continue trading within the range of 147.500 to 145.000.
