AUD/USD reveals support zone

The AUD/USD currency pair has revealed a support zone at 0.6770/0.6775. At mid-day on Monday, the pair was fluctuating between the support zone and the resistance of the 0.6800 level, which was strengthened by the 50-hour simple moving average.

A move above 0.6800 is expected to approach the resistance of the 100-hour simple moving average near 0.6830. Higher above, take into account the weekly simple pivot point at 0.6848 and the 0.6850 level.

On the other hand, a decline is highly likely to look for support in the 0.6770/0.6775 zone. Further below the weekly S1 simple pivot point at 0.6740 could act as support.

EUR/JPY trades around 140.00
