Most Asian stocks declined on lower-than-expected manufacturing data in the U.S. and inability of the U.S. lawmakers to handle the budget proposals. The U.S. manufacturing data has favored profit-taking on exporters who benefit from weaker Yen.  The Japanese Nikkei 225 Stock Average inched lower 0.3% to 9,432.46, dipping from its seventh-month closing high the prior session. However, experts see the Japanese stock market continue t advance after the election. Four out of ten sectors within the index edged higher with Oil and Gas sector taking the leader position with a 0.85% rise. Meanwhile, Technology, Consumer services and Basic Materials were among the worst performers by tumbling 0.93%, 0.76% and 0.67%, respectively. Furthermore, Sony Financial Holdings gained the most with a 3.23% increase, while the shares of Shinsei Bank and Credit Saison surged 2.76% and 2.46%, respectively. Sony's financial woes are improving as the company has gained success with the PS3 and other popular games.
