The European Single Currency appreciated against the US Dollar, following the US Retail Sales data released on Thursday at 13:30 GMT. The EUR/USD exchange currency rate gained 19 pips or 0.17% during a minute, right after the release. The European single currency continued trading at the 1.1295 area against the US Dollar.

EUR/USD: US CPI and Core CPI

The European Single Currency depreciated against the US Dollar, following the US CPI and Core CPI release on Wednesday at 13:30 GMT. The EUR/USD exchange currency rate lost 14 pips or 0.12% during a minute, right after the release. The European Single Currency continued trading at the 1.1290 area against the US Dollar.

GBP/USD: UK CPI

The British Pound depreciated against the US Dollar, following the UK CPI data released on Wednesday at 09:30 GMT. The GBP/USD exchange currency rate lost 8 pips or 0.07% during a minute, right after the release. The British Pound continued trading at the 1.2895 area against the US Dollar.
