The NVIDIA Q3 Fiscal 2026 report announced record revenue of $57.0 billion, up 62% year-over-year, driven overwhelmingly by the Data Center segment's record $51.2 billion in revenue (up 66% Y/Y), with CEO Jensen Huang stating that "Blackwell sales are off the charts, and cloud GPUs are sold out" due to compounding compute demand in the virtuous cycle of AI. The company posted strong GAAP diluted earnings per share of $1.30 and a GAAP gross margin of 73.4%. Strategically, NVIDIA announced massive partnerships to build global AI infrastructure, including a 10-gigawatt deployment with OpenAI and collaborations with Anthropic, Google Cloud, and Microsoft, while also introducing new products like the Rubin CPX GPU and accelerating the path to 6G with new AI-RAN initiatives.



For the future, the company projects another significant revenue increase for Q4 Fiscal 2026, with an outlook of $65.0 billion in revenue and an expected Non-GAAP gross margin of 75.0%. The company has returned $37.0 billion to shareholders this fiscal year and announced a quarterly cash dividend of $0.01 per share.
