Netflix Q3 earnings could create new highs

The Upcoming October 17 Q3 EPS report will help investors and traders and the market itself understand if the provided guidance from the Netflix management board will has been satisfying, thus having a positive effect on the stock price.

According to Shareholder letter forecasted EPS Q3 Year on Year Growth is expected to be around 13.9%, Forecasted year-on-year operating margin is set to be around 28.1% For the full year Netflix management forecasts revenue growth of 14% to 15% range. Raised forecasts for the full year have been done due to ad scaling business, as well expansion in the membership and offerings in entertainment products.

Netflix Stock has reached and surpassed all times highs when it comes to stock price and valuation. Estimated Market capitalization of Netflix is around a billion dollars. Netflix stock performance YTD has been around 48 %, which clearly has outperformed the market. Estimated earnings per share for Netflix is 5.11 dollars per share. Higher than expected EPS results may have positive influence on future price.
