West Texas Intermediate oil declined on Monday after Iran and global forces came to an agreement to reduce the country's nuclear program starting on January 20 under terms that some sanction on nation will be eased. WTI for delivery in February dropped 73 cents to $91.99 per barrel as of 10:55 a.m. on the NYMEX after the prices fell 1.3% last week.
