We apologize for the inconveniences this may have brought and confirm that the issue has already been detected and rectified. The update is to be deployed within the coming hours.

We kindly remind that the binary options service is still in beta version on DEMO environment. Hence, certain malfunctions/bugs may still appear under certain conditions. We strive to improve the service constantly and to rectify any problems when found and greatly appreciate your feedback suggestions as well as bug reports.
