The Bank, remaining committed to its openness and transparency policy in conducting business and responding to the challenges posed by the current situation, authorized the Swiss auditing company PKF Certifica SA, Lugano, to conduct a special audit to inspect if the Bank has "Existence of new business relationships opened with individuals and entities subject to personal sanctions related to Russian/Ukrainian conflict".

The report of PKF Certifica, SA states that there are no findings evidencing any breaches of sanctions related to the situation in Ukraine:
"On the basis of the procedures performed and described in Chapter 4 of this report, we can confirm that none of the new business relationships opened by Dukascopy Bank SA, Geneva, or its foreign entities, during the period 24.02.2022 - 21.03.2022, concerned individuals, companies or organizations included in the latest complete version of the list published by SECO on March 15, 2022."

The counterparts of the Bank may obtain the full text of the audit report upon request. The Bank has provided the result of the audit to FINMA (Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority).
