The New Zealand Dollar has maintained its gradual move south against the US Dollar. However, a newly-formed junior ascending channel has been spotted, as can be observed on the chart.
Due to Easter holiday, all banking sector in the United States is closed as a result, the market is relatively calm and the NZD/USD currency pair is trading with low volatility.
Everything being equal, the Kiwi is likely to rally against the Greenback until it re-test the upper boundary of the channel up. Nevertheless, it is important to note that the rate might have to breach the 100– hour SMA before such movement occurs.
