XAU/USD exhibits a sharp increase in market volatility following a rejection at the 4780.00 resistance level and a subsequent impulsive bearish move. This decline successfully breached the 4730.00 horizontal support before converging with the 100-period Simple Moving Average, which is presently situated at 4584.47. The current valuation of 4633.025 reflects an immediate price stabilization at this dynamic support level, marked by a visible lower wick on the current hourly candle rejecting the moving average.



Prior to this corrective phase, the pair maintained a sustained uptrend characterized by price action remaining consistently above the SMA 100. Key horizontal levels established on the chart include support zones at 4530.00 and 4430.00, while the 4730.00 and 4780.00 marks serve as the primary overhead resistance levels within the current technical structure.
