Chinese manufacturing picks up amid government support

Activity in the manufacturing sector of Chinese economy jumped in June of the current year, while the growth reached the highest level this year amid a broad government support in order to avoid the slowdown. The benchmark PMI Index, which evaluates the activity of this sector in China's economy, advanced to 51 points in June, while economists waited for a rise to 50.8 points only.
