China plans to allow foreign investors to access its bond market and advised China's companies to expand their bond issuance overseas, said a senior central bank official. China tries to open up its bond market to internationalize yuan and decrease the country's dependence on the USD. At the moment there are more than 30 overseas investors who provided over 10 billion yuan to the China's bond market.
