If I go in with a 10 lot , is there anyway to just take off a few lots at a time, or do I have to put in 3 separate entry orders if I want to take off 3 separate areas .

Conditional (partial) close is only possible for market order. If you want to place a pending order, like Stop Loss or Take profit, it can be done for the whole position amount only.
Yes, you have to work with smaller positions then as we do not have a possibility to split the already open positions.
