Hi all,
It is very strange BUY side of my strategy works normally, But what I have not tried - SELL side doesn't want to do anything :(

Hey !

I believe this is due to the instrument filter that is using the BID candle side only so your condition with "Last Ask candle: pip side" will not be executed.
In addition, I wouldn't recommend the use of fractal indicator as it is unstable and triggers some errors randomly.
