Strategy to close all positions when it reaches equity level

Please help me to create a strategy to close all the positions of the account when a certain level of equity (in money currency) is reached. It will be running with other strategies so it should include the function for stop all strategies or similar.
Similar to the stop level function of dukascopy accounts but for equity.
I hope contribution.
