I CAN NOT LINK JF Platform to visual JF and community user files.

Hello to all,

Am looking for a good person that can do way more that those guys at the support chat window

special, some one that has more accesses to the computers of community and visual JF.

MY PROBLEM:

I want to open my strategies that I have created and saved in the Visual JF, but I want to open then in the trading Platform JForex.
I have tried too many things and NO luck.
I have follow the manuals and have search in the forum for possible solution and nothing.
I try to "LINK" the platform to comunity memeber and nothing, I don't see my file in the Trading platform.

Thanks for the information provided.
Can you please try to link the account but this time with accessing first your reports under Summary section and link the account then do a fresh login in Jforex platform and open your VJF repository.
Also, please make sure you have strategy (ies) built in VJF so that it can be displayed in the shared VJF repository.

I have followed your suggestion and yes I was able to get my LIVE account to connect to my JCloud but that was not my main idea.

Let me explain, I wanted to test my strategies that I have saved in my visual Jforex platform but visual Jforex at some point becomes very slow after several tests, I wanted to use JForex for testing, so after spending many days trying to figure out the issues I found this.

First I will not use my JForex live account for testing anything, so I wanted to use ether my social or trader contest account for testing the strategies and I wanted to connect them to my JCloud or VisualJForex to get the programs and test them.
Finally, I found that the JClous and the VisualJForex are limited to be connected ONLY to Live accounts or may be to demo accounts, I didn’t try this last one, 14 days is a pain to do any testing.

But at last I found information that takes me to copy the code from the built component in my strategies and paste it to the JForex platform and then compile it there and presto now I can test my programs

Hi,

Good to hear that you managed to export the strategy in Java to Jforex but my concern was also to let you share your vfs files straight with Jforex platform. If you managed to link your live account with JCould (using the same community account as the one used in VJF) then you should be able to access your vfs file. In case this is not the case yet please let us know in order to push the investigation deeper.

For your demo account, just let me know your login name and I'll make the necessary changes regarding the account validity.
