Dear support,
since last platform update I face terrible issues with performance, also all the saved price levels on the grafic and all fibos disappear after restarting the platform.
Please correct this issues.

Please elaborate what is happening when you experience issues with performance?
Also please run the JClient with open java console and post console output here. Here is a descriptoin on how to enable the console: https://www.java.com/en/download/help/javaconsole.xml

Regarding chart objects, which fibo object is used? Please save and post chart template that causes the issue.
