Hi there I'm new to visual JForex and created the attached EMA strategy, with the aim of buying and selling when the crossovers happen. For some reason it does not do it at all crossovers and the following error messages are displayed and I'm unsure what I'm doing wrong. Your help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Hi there,
I've modified your strategy and input some comments so that you can understand the reason of the error that you got./
There is still one last issue to be solved but the strategy is basically functional now.

Hi I've had a look and error is resolved, thanks very much. But it still is not doing what I'm expecting, could you perhaps point me in the right direction? Is that the other issue you are referring to? I've attached the Intraday chart with the EMA lines and points where I believe the positions should have been opened and closed, but it has not. Not sure what I'm missing. Thanks again for the help on this.

Hi,
Here is an example of a strategy based on EMA crossover for your consideration. It trades according the crossover of the EMA 14 and 7. You may adjust your strategy based on this example.
