The image isn't big enough to see in detail by my theory is as follows:
I believe that you made a trade in GBPJPY.
Buying 1 contract represents 1,000,000 currency units so your 0.1 amounts to 100,000 currency units.
If the trade was Opened and then Closed, that round trip equates to two trades so the 100,000 currency is 200,000 in traded volume.
You were trading GBP as the primary currency but if the Volume traded is expressed in USD you have to convert 200,000GBP into USD.
At the current exchange rate of 1GBP=1.47USD at March 13 2015 17:44 GMT volume for the above trade would be: 294173 USD
Not far away from the number you are seeing. I don't know when the above trade has been made so don't know the dollar exchange rate.
This could be what is going on. No doubt Support will confirm or refute this and in the latter case explain or investigate.
