time at 22:59:50, askBar.close price is 1.2345.
engine.submitOrder("testbuy", instrument, OrderCommand.BUY, 1, askBar.getClose() + 7 * instrument.getPipValue()))

then time to 23:00:00, order has been filled with price 1.2345. the price didn't reach the 1.2352.
If I use OrderCommand.BUYSTOP, it works ok. why?

If price parameter is specified BUY request will place an order at any price that is equal or more profitable than the value of price parameter.
BUYSTOP on the other hand will place an order only when the price reaches the specified level.
