Hello support,
I make tests in Historical Tester. Chart is set as a time bars chart. In platform I have defined several range bars. After end of test I tried change bar to range bar but I didn’t get any range bar. I tried it a lot of times.
I clear cache, delete and make new range bar definition, but no success. This problem starts on Saturday 31.1. (start of platform new version - 2.43.x).

We believe the range bar chart is being calculated when you switch. It can take long time which depends on the calculation settings (Preferences/Periods/Calculation settings).
If you want it to be fast, set Input data as "Default" or "Interpolated data" from 1 min period with "4 ticks at OHLC" method.
If you want it to be precise, set "All ticks" and wait for a couple of minutes until calculation is finished. The results will be cached and next time you open same period, it should be fast.
