Hi

For the past several months I have been unable to access historical data
Support have been very quiet!

Attached image shows the partial screen I get each time.................

If anybody has any ideas on why this is so.....I would appreciate your comments

In the meantime, if someone would care to download USDJPY 1/10/2013- current date: hourly I would be grateful

I had no issues to download the requested data. I did it an hour ago...

I have the same problem...For few days I cannot dowload DAX...Does anyone know why ?
