I use custom period and context. subscribeToBarsFeed. On account strategy works. But on tester (live account) history.getBar(..) gets nulls.
What should I do better? I only need custom period from history.

Please provide both the example strategy which replicates the problem and the picture of the historical tester setttings that you use.

This problem is only for first tick testing time period and only for shift = 0.
I send base of strategy on support email. It shows this problem. I can NOT attach file in forum.
