Hello, I have a error on Strategy Page and restart the strategy is not possible, I need restart my strategy on contest, can u verify?

I has a best profit performance on contest and now my strategy was stopped unwittingly due to a problem in the strategies page of the contest, I'm being harmed, I report the error by support and at this moment, nobody answer.
