Hi Support,
when I look at web site my strategy is in "Running" mode, but when I open the Demo Platform in view mode, in "Strategy" tab, there isn't any running strategy.
Could you verify if the strategy is really running ?

It has appeared "Not Running" in web page and I have restarted the strategy.
