Hi,
by default the close of the daily bar of the JForex platform is set to GMT time.
I would like it to close according to the New York close, which is 22:00 german time.
How is that possible?

The summer settlement time is 21GMT. It's the same as 22:00 German time. So, the current time is exactly what you need.

I need the closing time of the daily bar at 23:00 CET (GMT+1). Is this possible?
