JForex chart not updating real time

Hi, im having problems with my JForex platform.

the candle chart wont refresh in real time if its set at 10second and above.
However, the chart will update in real time when its set in ticks.
i have tried to update to latest java but the same problem still happen.

Any help would be very much appreciated.Thanks
