What is the procedure for opening accounts for the winners?
Does dukascopy have clear procedures with time restrictions?

No i am not banned, i have won both contest in last December 2011. In strategy contest i have third position and in trader contest have 1st position. My account has activated, everything is ok but $5000 prize money (as a trader contest winner) is still pending, i have received only strategy contest prize money ($2500) yet. Now after 4 months my Account Manager is saying me that "THERE WERE TO PERSONS BEHIND THE SAME EMAIL ADDRESS PARTICIPATING IN TO DIFFERENT CONTESTS". I don't understand yet that, how it's possible that two different persons can participate in two different contest using one email address and same nickname with same phone no. I only understand that i have changed my name with my brother's name in the profile page, due to this my Account Manager is saying that there are two different persons. Although profile page allow me that i can change my name but not email and nickname. You can check my IP address or MAC address/no from December 2011 to May 2012, if my account (MyiDEA) used by an other ip or mac address then i am responsible for this . Anyway! now i have changed my name with old name (my brother) in the profile page and now my account should be opened or send prize money in my account. Thanks

I'm female and first day i have filled my brother name in the profile page, although i am handling both contest. After winning, i have replaced my brother's name with my name. But my Account Manager has told me to send all documents of my brother for trader contest prize money because "YOUR BROTHER TO APPLY FOR A LIVE ACCOUNT IN ORDER TO GET THE PRIZE OF 5000K, AS WINNER", although he has already opened my account as a strategy contest winner. After this requirement i have send all the documents of my brother. So you admit violating the rules - having multiple accounts and using fake identity and still want to claim your prize. Do we understand you correctly?

omg! after 4 months i am very shocked and disappointed, thanks for reply, i have no multiple accounts, i know that you have powerful sources however you can check my IP and MAC address or you can contact my local ISP for this, like user "Tinktank". If my account (MyiDEA) is used by an other IP or MAC address (or any other source for checking) then i am responsible and i promise you that i will never participate again and you can close my recent account too. I have been participated from last 5 months on your requirement that "ONE ACCOUNT PER HOUSEHOLD OR MACHINE AND RESPECT OF RULES AND COMMUNITY". Second! i don't know that i will face trouble after only by changing my profile name. If my profile page have no option for "Edit profile" then definitely i never change my name like email or nickname. But now i have changed my name with old name. I hope that you understand this confusion and will not waste my all effort on just profile changing. Thanks
